I participated in the Surface Hub 2S 85’’ device during its production phase. I co-led the design of its accessories and collaborated with Steelcase to launch the Roam system collection. Surface Hub 2S 85’’ with Roam system is an immersive and efficient meeting experience in the collaborative area. The design team shaped the system to be balanced with being minimalistic and functionality. The ergonomics of the system is driven together with the Human Factor team with inclusivity in mind. The mobile stand moves easily on smooth-rolling casters for on-the-go transitions throughout any space. Locking casters provide added stability and safety. The mobile stand was thoughtfully designed to help teams work effectively. The legs are designed to be the ideal circumference for hands to easily grip. On the 50" mobile stand, the storage tray keeps cables hidden and the back panel is useful to house various assets or presentation needs.
